Demi 1997 Half-Arabian (actual 3/4) Black Tobiano Mare Sire: Bear Image (AHA) Dam: Bugz Monique (IAHA)
What can I say about Demi? - She is my favorite. Her dam was the bestest friend I have ever had and I see Monique in her eyes every time she looks at me. Aside from my emotional attachment - Demi really is gorgeous :) She's got a pretty face and beautiful neck. Very athletic with a compact body, she's got that floating-trot and an easy lope! If I ever get done working in the barn, I plan to ride her A LOT over the summer.

Haley 1997 Half-Arabian Chestnut Mare Sire: Bear Image (AHA) Dam: Bostonbiltchecker (APHA)
Haley - was my April Fool's Day joke in 1997!!! :) Obviously, I was hoping for some spots, but instead, I found this GORGEOUSLY built chestnut filly. Correct legs, large hip, long neck, expressive eyes, slight dish - she is quite the mare. She just has movement you won't believe.

Starwinkle (APHA) 1999 APHA Black Tobiano Mare Sire: Moon Doc Leo (APHA) Dam: One Coy Lady (APHA)
Star has been a magnificent mare! She has a gentleness about her that just makes me feel so calm when I'm around her. She just takes things in stride. Her long slender neck compliments the Arabian breed. She has a large expressive eye and a natural beauty that has really crossed nicely with Bear. She's produced 2 spotted foals by Bear and we're looking forward to another Bear-Star foal in 2010!

Peppers Lady Bug (APHA) 2002 APHA Bay Tobiano Mare Sire: Double Dosa Pepper (APHA) Dam: Sky Bug Charlie (APHA)
Pipsqueek - or Pip - is a homozygous tobiano mare out of Double Dosa Pepper. We purchased her as a yearling, so we have watched her grow up. Her first foal, Lia (TAGM Bearliaspot) was a minimal bay tobiano filly with an absolutely gorgeous typey Arabian face. Pip has just been a pleasure to have in the barn - even though she gets into absolutely EVERYTHING!

Frankie 2004 Black Tobiano Mare
Frankie is our little frightened blue-eyed mare we found and I just couldn't walk away from her. She has come a long way - all thanks to Jan (and Ken) at KJAN Arabians :) Frankie is an all-around nicely-built mare. Attractive small head with nice ears - long clean neck - straight legs - ABSOLUTELY wonderful hip - and spots-on-spots. She is really marked well and I'm looking forward to a 2010 foal from her by Bear.

Gipsy (POA) 2000 Gray Roan Mare
Gipsy is a babysitter and herd-boss! Make no doubt - this little mare is IN CHARGE regardless of who's in the pasture with her :) Currently, Gipsy's duties involve bossing other horses around and eating everything in sight.
